The machine features an input profile size of 40×12 mm. It moves via a lift system with automatic stop and braking. It is equipped with a carriage that transports the aluminum profiles to the cutting point.
The cutting system uses trapezoidal-tooth saw blades, with thickness options of 2, 3, or 4 mm, depending on the profile being processed.
Simultaneous dual-side drilling (left and right) is performed, along with a vertical milling operation using a 6 mm milling tool.
After processing, the machined piece is returned to its original position, released, and the next profile is loaded for processing.
